From the very beginning, our experience at Villa Thalanena was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond — helping us with the language, greeting us warmly every morning and evening. Their genuine friendliness made the place feel like a cozy, welcoming home rather than just a hotel. The villa itself is spotless and beautifully maintained. We were delighted to find fresh fruits provided daily, and everything from the rooms to the stunning pool was in perfect condition. The breakfast each morning was delicious and thoughtfully prepared — a real highlight of the stay. What truly sets this place apart is the nature around it. Tucked away from the noise of the cities, it’s a perfect retreat to unwind and reconnect. The beach, just a short walk away, was incredibly clean and nearly empty — it felt like our own private paradise. Having a car made it easy to explore the nearby attractions, all within a short drive, but honestly, we were always happy to return to the peace and quiet of the villa. If you’re looking for relaxation, comfort, and genuine hospitality — this is the place. We’ll definitely be back.

If you're looking for a little, secluded paradise in the midst of the jungle, not overcrowded with tourists and the friendliest staff you could possibly imagine, Villa Thalanena is just the right place. Hopping in the pool right in front of the apartment during a hot day and having a delicious dinner at the restaurant is what helped us recharging. Whenever we had a question or problem the staff would do their best to help us right away. Lovely people :)

1. Employees were very hospitable. 2. On the morning of our check out date, monkeys were at our villa when we opened the curtain. Our child was so excited. 3. Coffee quality in villa exceeded our expectations. 4. Close to this area, you can enjoy kayak, sunset and great food.

The property is visually stunning, in a remote part of Krabi - the pool is also very refreshing. The staff are extremely attentive and really make it feel like home The food is totally delicious and cooked with love! The mango pancakes was amazing!! They also have laundry service at extremely affordable rates which is really good I loved being surrounded by nature and looking at the cheeky monkeys that jump by

All was amazing. Staff was very kind and responsive. The location near the beach, in a calm, peaceful area is great. The location is in a calm, rural Thailand. The pier is near, ideal to take a boat to Koh Hong, or kayaking. The owners are very nice. You will have a Tuk Tuk to go to the pier for example. The restaurant is good. Breakfast are huge. The mattress is little bit on the firm side, as always in Asia. The excursions proposed are very good. It was a really nice stay, one of this places that make you think, I would stay longer or I should come back.

Wow, we loved this place. It is away from the hustle and bustle with gorgeous surrounding bush and the beach very close by (2 minute walk). The manager Don & staff were great. The property is so well set out, and the villas are exceptional and very clean with small little touches throughout and so spacious. The private pool was stunning and so clean. The breakfast spread we had in our room was over the top. So much food, we felt guilty not eating it all and so fresh and tasty. So much to choose from and all included in the price. We could not fault this place. It is a distance from the larger towns/beaches but the comfortable air-conditioned van/taxi they provide is very reasonably priced and the tuk tuk to the local community close by is free. Loved the music they play in the surroundings and the whole atmosphere.
